With over 30 years in the dental field, Sherry Rojas has been helping dental practices analyze data from their practice management software reports to develop strategies to improve efficiency and increase profitability. ?Before her current position as a Henry Schein One Practice Consultant, Sherry’s experience in the dental office setting began as an administrative and clinical assistant in San Diego to managing a growing esthetic and restorative dental practice in Beverly Hills. ??With a bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego and a master’s degree from Alliant International University, Sherry’s passion for learning combined with her instinct to teach influenced her in becoming a Certified Dentrix Trainer for 18 years. ??Sherry's certifications in digital marketing with the Digital Marketing Institute and the American Marketing Association have also expanded her knowledge to better guide her customers in connecting the world of digital marketing with practice growth.?

Katrina Beason's dental career began over 15 years ago in the front office, where she built a solid foundation in the workflows and patient care processes essential to a high-performing practice. After graduating cum laude from The University of Alabama, she advanced into managing a multi doctor practice, gaining valuable experience in the administrative, operational, and leadership functions that drive practice success. Katrina is passionate about partnering with dental professionals to strengthen systems, enhance efficiency, and achieve measurable improvements in Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), supporting both short-term growth and long-term sustainability.

Miriam Knight Maust brings over 30 years of experience in the dental industry, supporting practices across both private practice and DSO environments. Her background spans clinical, front office, billing, and practice management roles, including leadership positions within multi-location dental groups. With a strong foundation in dental operations, Miriam transitioned into software implementation, training, and consulting. She supports onboarding, system adoption, and workflow optimization, helping practices navigate change and improve operational efficiency. As a consultant, Miriam specializes in tracking key metrics in Dentrix Ascend and Jarvis Analytics while implementing best practices and improving workflows. She partners with practices to drive consistent, scalable improvement in an evolving dental landscape.
