The 5-Star Customer Service Practice

Customer service is one of the most powerful ways for any practice to differentiate itself and attract patients. Very few practices reach the “5-Star Customer Service” level, but when they do all aspects of practice performance improve. Customer Service is not simply about being nice to patients.
